1/6 VE “The Pond: Five Bugs for Dinner”

This is the first of six prints in a Variable Edition.  Variable Edition means that each print is different although some elements of the print (in this case one fish and at least one bug) are retained for all the prints.  Some prints have two fish swirling around a buggy dinner.  Some prints have worried fish with the bug count down and dinner looking iffy.  The prints are woodcuts with the fish on one piece of wood and the bugs on others.  They've been run through the press a number of times to create the final images.  This is intended as a light-hearted series highlighting nature in action.
